To introduce international advanced technology and experience, conclude management experience of Loess Plateau Watershed Rehabilitation Project, develop watershed rehabilitation model with an emphasis on poverty reduction, achieve "agricultural development, poverty reduction, eco-environment improvement and sediment into Yellow River decrease", and disseminate the model in related project.
