Capacity Building Implementation Plan of Yellow River Monitoring of Soil and Water Conservation has been finished under the highlight of MWR, WB and DFID, the under taken department, Yellow River Monitoring Center of Soil and Water Conservation, proposes the following study contents: data exchange and share mechanism, M & E specification and directory, M & E methods and system building, etc, and designs 13 corresponding project activities. They pay much attention to innovation and sustainability in the actual work, and make special exploration in share of monitoring data, specification of monitoring method, and building scientific evaluation system.
