This training is planned to help farmers increase grain yield, and help them manage water pumping irrigation works. It will be held four times in August, 2008 at community information service center. Farmers and village project group members should attend. Experts will educate technologies of fertilizing, high yield cultivating, operating and maintaining water pumping irrigation works, and setting up road maintenance organizations. Explanation on-site will be adopted when necessary.
