To Project Management Offices of Gansu Province:
In order to strengthen international cooperation and communication and to learn excellent experiences, International Workshop on Participatory Watershed Management and Water Resources Utilization will be held in Zhengzhou City of Henan Province on May 8 to 9, 2008, it will promote watershed management in Loess Plateau.
The workshop concludes the following contents: participatory approach, sustainable livelihood, collaboration between departments, resources integration, and water resources utilization, as well as the achievements made in watershed management.
