As a main component of policy study,study on Effects of Soil and Water Conservation on Hydrology, Water Resources and Water Environment is to study the technology system of quantitatively assessment on the effect of soil and water conservation on water environment in Loess Plateau, carry out simulated test by distribution models, then put forward different dispositions of soil and water conservation measures according to different predictions on hydrology water resources and water environment.
