As a main component of policy study, the Study on Soil and Water Conservation and Rural Sustainable Development is to study the relation between soil and water conservation and rural sustainable development, put forward effective ways and detailed measures that can push ahead both developments, then make suggestion to the revision of Soil and Water Conservation Law.
